Abstract Submission Rules

How to Submit?

(1) Download Template for abstract submission. Template

*Please read carefully the instructions written in the template.

(2) Prepare your abstract(s) in a PDF format of "Font Embedding".

(3) Submit abstract(s) in the system. 

Guidelines for abstract submission

- Abstracts must be submitted in English using the template

Please, do not modify the template layout. Abstracts must not exceed one page. No supplementary data accepted.

- Name your abstract as follows: surname_firstname. Ex: Dupont_John

- Abstracts can only be submitted online. Abstracts submitted by e-mail will not be considered.

- Information about all authors must be provided during the submission process.

To submit your abstract, go to MY SPACE > Submissions and follow instructions

During the submission process, a pdf file of your abstract will be automatically generated. 

Please, check the graphical quality of this pdf file before validating submission (step 4, overview).

Guidelines for Poster

The available surface for your poster is adapted to A0 format: • 117 cm (height) x 96 cm (width) • 46.5 in (height) x 37.8 in (width).

The posters should be no larger than A0 format in portrait orientation (no landscape).
